■ Definition
- Expansion concrete is the concrete that mixed with expansion ash. 팽창콘크리트는 팽창제를 혼합한 콘크리트다.
- Concrete has an expansive force within approximately 1
week since hardening has been started.
콘크리트는 경화가 시작된 이후 거의 일주일 이내에 팽창힘을 가진다.
■ Properties of expansion concrete
- It can reduce a cracking by drying shrinkage according to
expansion effects. 팽창으로 인한 건조 수축의 갈라짐을 줄일 수 있다.
- As tensile strength is improved, it is effective in the structure
that durability is required. 장력이 증가함에 따라 내구성을 제공하여 건축물에 효과적이다.
■ Types of expansion concrete
Type 1. Concrete that compensates for drying shrinkage. 건조수축에 보완하는 콘크리트
- A main purpose is to decrease cracks by drying shrinkage. 주목적은 건조수축에 의한 균열을 줄이는것이다.
Type 2. Chemical prestressed concrete 화학적인 프리스트레스트 콘크리트
- It should have more expansive force than Type 1. 타입1에 비해 더많은 팽창력을 가져야 한다.
■ Types of expansion ash
There are four types of expansion ash that is used in order to make expansion concrete. 팽창콘크리트를 만들기위해 사용되는 팽창제는 4가지가 있다.
1) Type K
Type K compose with Calcium sulfoaluminate, CaSO₄ and CaO. When it
reacts with water, it expands with making ETTRINGITE.
타입K는 황산칼슘과 산화 칼슘으로 수성되어있다. 물과 반응하면 에트린자이트를 만들며 팽창한다.
