A solution of An institutional problem is as follows. Security manager training shall be preceded in order to ensure stability of transactions for enhancement of a security system.
I believe that a trouble between channels is to disappear if cyber insurance is completely come to stay. Probably collapse of the existing channel will happen.
Ⅵ. Conclusion
Finance crisis that happened in 2008 recognize the world's finance industry. A lot of corporate went bankruptcy and mergered. Those changes happened in insurance industry. The biggest insurance company AIG and ING went bankruptcy. Our assurance company has been thinking how to confront in these changes.
Financial changing can be summarized as over-competitive between the financial businesses, change of a financial needs and a regulation policy direction change of the director authorities.
This financial change of environment brought various issues such as value fall of appearance of a new rival and life insurance products. I tried to think about a lot of plans in order to cope effectively with this. Therefore, a plan to look up is as follows.
1. Development of a new product
2. The Growth power of a market through strategy alliance and M&A
3. The positioning strategy of a life insurance
4. Knowledge management of underwriter
5. A problem supplementation of cyber insurance sales
Unfortunately, these plans are a bit abstract. I was still a student, knowledge was short, and there wasn't information very much. And there is never a practical work experience. But I am satisfied as an odor is the maximum conclusion that I have been taken pains over.
