19. TRADE TERMS AND APPLICABLE LAW : (a) The trade terms used under this contract shall be governed and interpreted by the provisions of INCOTERMS 2000. (b) Unless otherwise stipulated in this Contract, United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1980 applies to this Contract between parties in case of formation of Contract and remedies for breach of Contract. (c) This Contract shall be governed, construed and performed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
