The Health Care System was created to provide a holistic view of Samsung SDI’s performance across all its business units and departments. As a result, real-time performance evaluation on both an individual and a team basis became possible.
The main objective of the Health Care System is to introduce an effective real-time monitoring system, whereas the aim of BPRM is to integrate scattered data from various sources to identify risks that may have direct impact on managerial decisions.
The Health Care System and BPRM projects contribute to strengthening Samsung SDI’s responsiveness in a rapidly changing business environment.
