A summary of this paper`s subject, which is "The System and Value of Torah of Bible in the Law System of Christianity" is as in the following. 1. An idea of natural law in Christianity develops a unique trend in the history of philosophy of law, in which the law and theology are combined, according to various periods. The content and value of an idea of natural law in Christianity are assessed according to its specific development such as the philosophy of God Father based on the primitive Christian faith, the scholar philosophy of law of Christianity in medieval times, the philosophy of law of Calvin Luther by the Reformation, and the new theory of natural law and the protestant theology of law based on neo-Thomism after the Second World War. Like this transition of an idea of natural law in Christianity is from the difference in positions about a problem concerning how to understand the role of a law, country, and church, and also the reciprocal relation among them. It is the Ten Commandments, the understanding about commandments, which stands the center of the following understanding. 2. The Ten Commandments is a summary of the New and Old Testament, and it is also the whole of God`s will, the foundation of ethics of Christianity, and a starting point of morality of all human beings at the same time. 3. The righteousness of God is will and truth. Diverse stances of the Christian theology about the justice should be resolved from the place where the justice is God`s a fundamental attribute. A legal justice is relative and it should not be contradictory with the absolute justice of God. 4. The philosophy of law of the Western Christianity is an argument about a question of law concerning a nation, law, and church, and it studies whether the justice of God is superior over the will of God based on the Bible. 5. The ethics of christianity acknowledge carnality and rationality of the law. The law which prescribes cohabitation of human beings is secular. Other religions are law and order which is divine and also political, but Christianity separates sacred things from secular things. 6. Evangelism`s theological approach toward the law suggests the way to access theologically to the law which regulates a mundane phenomenon. The law is established creation and order. The law regulates human cohabitation regardless of the fact that a relevant person is Christian or not. The law needs to be understood as one of systems. 7. Understanding the law and connecting it with God is only possible by accepting the fact that justice is one of God`s attributes. a) Justice, love, and mercy of God can be expressed with relation and relevancy but not by natures about existence and internal characteristics. b) Because God himself is appropriate for justice, Human beings value the law and the justice. M. Luther said that justice is not an absolute nature of God but a concept colligating the action of God whichaccomplishes salvation of human beings. c) However, justice is not the only quality of God. Justice is one of characteristics of God along as love and mercy. 8. People possessing the law is not a gift of nation or society but a gift from God which can`t be get rid of as one pleases. It is responsibility and task of Christianity to apply such things to a positive law for the law. Theological approach about the law needs to be discussed as relationship with neighbors as well as a function of law asshield to confront corruption.
