를 포에 싸서 autoclave에 소독시킴
순환간호사
주치의와 소독간호사의 Gown벗는 것을 도와줌
바닥을 정리정돈하고 소독간호사와 함께 사용함 물품을 정리정돈함
환자에게 방포된 linen을 제거하여 수거함에 넣음
억제대를 제거함
마취간호사와 함께 환자를 환자이송용 bed로 옮기고 보온을 위하여 홑이불을 덮어줌
무영등을 절전함
검체용기에 있는 검사물을 임상병리실로 옮겨주는 자동운반기에 넣음
수술이 끝난 후 청소가 이루어지도록 housekeeper에 연락함
사용한 각종기구를 소독간호사와 함께 준비실에가지고 가서 다음 수술에 필요한 기구를 포에 싸서 autoclave에 소독시킴
각종장비의 작동과 중지 시간, gauze, needle, instrument count 결과 등을 정확히 기록함

The effects of repeated thermal therapy for patients with chronic pain.
만성 통증 환자에 대한 반복 온요법의 효과.
BACKGROUND:
It has been reported that local thermal therapy with a hot pack or paraffin relieves pain. We hypothesized that systemic warming may decrease pain and improve the outcomes in patients with chronic pain. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of systemic thermal therapy in patients with chronic pain.
배경 :
핫팩이나 파라핀을 이용한 국소적인 온요법은 통증을 줄여준다고 보고되었다. 우리는 체계적인 온요법이 통증을 줄이고 만성 통증 환자의 결과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 가설을 세웠다. 본 연구의 목적은 만성 통증 환자에게서 체계적 열요법의 효과를 명확하게 하는 것이었다.
METHODS:
Group A (n = 24) patients with chronic pain were treated by a multidisciplinary treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise therapy, whereas group B (n = 22) patients were treated by a combination of multidisciplinary treatment and repeated thermal therapy. A far-infrared ray dry sauna therapy and post-sauna warming were performed once a day for 4 weeks during hospitalization. We investigated the improvements in subjective symptoms, the number of pain behavior after treatment and outcomes 2 years after discharge
방법 :
만성 통증 A군 (n = 24)의 환자는 인지 행동 치료, 재활, 운동치료를 포함한 종합적인 치료를 받은 반면, B 군 (n = 22)의 환자는 종합적인 치료와 반복적인 온요법을 병행해서 치료 받았다. 원적외선 건식 사우나 치료와 사후 나우나 치료는 입원 기간 4주동안 하루에 한번 수행되었다. 우리는 주된 증상, 치료 후 통증 행동의 수와 퇴원 후 2년간의 결과에서의 향상을 조사하였다.
RESULTS:
The visual analog pain score, number of pain behavior, self-rating depression scale, and anger score significantly decreased after treatment in both groups. After treatment, the number of pain behavior was slightly smaller (p = 0.07) and anger score was significantly lower in group B than those in group A (p = 0.05). Two years after treatment, 17 patients (77%) in group B returned to work compared with 12 patients (50%) in group A (p < 0.05).
결과 :
시각적 통증 강도 비율 척도, 통증 행동의 수, 자기편가 우울 척도와 분노 점수는 크게 두 그룹에서 치료 후 줄어들었다. 치료 후, 그룹A보다 B군에서 통증 행동의 수가 약간 더 줄어들었고(p = 0.07) 분노점수는 크게 낮아졌다(p = 0.05). 치료 후 2년 동안, B그룹은 17명의 환자가 일터로 복귀한 반면, A그룹은 12명의 환자가 일터로 복귀하였다.
CONCLUSION:
These results suggest that a combination of multidisciplinary treatment and repeated thermal therapy may be a promising method for treatment of chronic pain.
