many achieved the integration without war.We,Korean people,were deeply impressed by their integration through peaceful process.The process gave Korean People precious informations in achieving their re-integration of Korean penninsular.Korean People should make the best use of this precious expericence given by Unfied Germany,which prevents Korean people from repeting their 'trial and error'in achieving the integration.
This sutdy intends to have a comparative and analytic study on the integration of telecommunication in Unified Germany and Korean Peninsular to get an minimizing way in the integration cost.In studying the integration process of Unified Germany,we can find the best way to get an minimizing way in the integration cost.
This study is divided into 5 chapters;
In chapter Ⅰ,the purpose of this study and various points of issue have been discussed .Methods and range of discussion have been decided,too.
In chapter Ⅱ,integration theories have been discussed as a basic theory fot this thesis.The functional approach was adopted as the best way to the integration in telecommunication of these theories.I have tried to have a comparative and analytic study on the situation and the process of the Unified Germany's integration to set a standard in finding our way to have minimizing integration cost.
In chapter Ⅲ,I have studied the benefits of the integration,and our present situations by the standards.The economic and telecommunicative gap between South and North Korea have been studied which will urge us to pay the integration cost.
In chapter Ⅳ,I have found a minimizing way in the integration cost turough a comparative and analytic study on the integration approach in Unified Germany.That is to make an endeavor to shorten the telecommunication gap during the process of cooperation and investment with North Korea having a mind of 'pre-empt' way .
In chapter Ⅴ,I have reconfirmed this minimizing way in the integration cost to shorten the telecommunication gap in the stage of cooperation and investment with North Korea.
The Re-integration of Korean Peninsular is a matter of a great concern to Korean people.It is unavoidable,and a long and winding road.If it is unavoidable,we must be preparative.This study is a little devotion to this long and winding road.
