A Study on the Countermeasures of Korean companies against Corruption Round in International Trade

As international economic interdependence grows, it is increasingly recognized that corruption in international trade is undermining integration of the world economy. The expanding global movement against corruption and transnational bribery has emerged as one of the foremost issues in international trade.
This article explores the current situations of international corruption and the complex issues surrounding this multilateral anti-corruption movement. And this paper suggests the countermeasures of Korean companies against 'Corruption Round'.
