A Study on the relation between leadership styles and empowerment

This study was conducted to gain additional insights into and empirical evidence of transformational and transactional leadership theories.
The objective of the thesis are to analyze what kinds of leadership styles are more effective to the subordinates' empowerment.
The findings of this study are summarized as follows: The hypothesis I was supported, and Ⅱ was rejected through the analysis of unbalanced ANOVA.
