본문내용
he subject of this study, the 260 (130, 130) male academic high school students of Seoul who have been working since year 2000 have been selected and have gone through the questioner from Sept 15th to Sept 30th for the analysis about comparison on the various types of service.
The attitude of most adolescents (71%) has shown very positively at their volunteer service. And it can be educationally effective as more education and guidance are given.
It is generally supposed that if the adolescent are satisfied at their in-home care service, the service receiving home is also satisfied.
The summary of this study is as follows:
First, According to the detailed contents of volunteer service, there is significant difference at the development of self-identity and morality.
Adolescents' attending types of volunteer service showed the differing significant difference at the development of self-identity and morality and the in-home care service participants have shown the P<0.01 at the comparison analysis which can be translated more significant according to the types of volunteer service
Second, At the in-home care service, the factors of participating time, attitude, satisfaction and guidance have greater influence to the development of self-identity (Subordinate Realm).
The participants of in-home care service are more influenced at the ordinate realm as having more participating time, at the self-regulation realm as having more active attitude, at the social & self-regulation realm as having higher satisfaction and at the peculiarity realm as having more guidance.
Third, At the in-home care service, the factors of participating time, attitude, satisfaction and guidance have greater influence to the development of morality(Subordinate Realm).
The participants of in-home care service are more influenced at the ordinate realm as having more participating time, at the personal interest realm as having more active attitude, at the personal interest, altruistic, society concern realms as having higher satisfaction and at the society concern, altruistic realms as having more guidance.
Fourth, The subjective expectationeffect through the in-home care service is as follows:
The volunteers of the in-home care service think that the volunteer service activities are one of the sound leisure and also are the motives of making oneself more meaningful and feeling more responsibleas a member of society. And they try to understand the current social phenomenon and other people and consequently gain more help or profit than the general volunteering activities.
As conclusion, the respect toward parents and others is naturally accepted on the childhood in the modern society but gets weaken on the power of persuasion with these virtues in the teenage. Only the systematically prepared in-home care service activities can greatly contribute to the development of self-identity and morality. In addition, the subjective expectation effects are shown up in several forms.
