Why fortune’s 50th enterprises have spent their significant portion of time to establish leadership system? Answer is simple, best leaders can make success in their businesses. In early 2000, because “DOT COM” companies’ bubble had broken, communication enterprises like Motorola had been confronting with severe depression period. Thus Motorola needs to reconstruct their organization for the response of such depression. However, throughout relocating executives, Motorola recognized that it is not enough to resolve problems, which Motorola had been dealing, by internal qualified leaders.
