Introduction 입니다.

Endometriosis는 자궁외부에 Endometrila-like tissue가 존재하여 만성 염증반응을 유발하는 질병으로, 몇몇의 환자에서는 pain 및 infertility를 유발하지만 무증상 환자도 존재합니다.

Endometriosis는 환자의 사회적, 성적 관계와 일상생활에 큰 영향을 미칩니다.

본 Guideline은 Endometriosis management를 Optimize 하여 Endometriosis care와 진단 및 개인적 사회적 비용 감소를 목적으로 하고 있습니다.




Diagnosis
Symptoms and signs of endometriosis

　✔ Consider the endometriosis in the presence of gynecological symptoms

　　: dysmenorrhea, non-cyclical pelvic pain, deep dyspareunia, infertility, fatigue in the presence of any of the above.

　✔ Consider the endometriosis in women of reproductive age with non-gynecological cyclical symptoms

　　: dyschezia, dysuria, hematuria, rectal bleeding, shoulder pain

Diagnosis 에서 Endometriosis의 Symptom과 sign에 대해 살펴보겠습니다.

먼저, dysmenorrhea, non-cyclic pelvic pain, deep dyspareunia, infertility 등의 GY Symptom이 있는 경우 Endometriosis를 고려해보아야 합니다.

또한, 가임기여성에서 주기적인 dyschezia, dysuria, hematuria, rectal bleeding 등의 Non-gynecological symptom이 있는 경우 Endometriosis를 고려해보아야 합니다.
