A Study on the Analysis of the Problems and the Improving
Measures for the Primary School Administration

Society is rapidly change, not only in the ways of living but also in the ways of thinking. In the situation, primary education ought to be change and primary school administration should also be changed.
The purpose of this study is to analysis of the problems and to search the improving measures for the primary school administration
In analyzing categories of the primary school administration's problems, the organizational development model of Leavitt was utilized.
The result of the study was as follows:
Firstly, expending the autonomy and accountability.
Secondly, strengthening educational qualities.
Thirdly, activating human resources administration.
Forthly, conducting the pursuit of school development.
