indications
The Auto Suture* PREMIUM MULTIFIRE TA* stapler has applications in abdominal, gynecological, pediatric and thoracic surgical procedures for resection or transection of tissue.
폐엽절제술 또는 폐절제술에서 혈관을 봉합하는 데에 주로 이용.
흉부, 복강, general sugery, thoracic, thoracic abdominal, bronchoscope잡을 때 GI track(stomach, colon), CS, GS, specimen remove시 사용.
LDS
장간막 혈관 위혈관과 대망혈관등을 절단과 동시에 결찰할 경우 사용.
복강경(Laparoscopy)
순서>>
①umbilicus puncher(scar가 적게남아).
②veresa(기구명)needle 삽입.
③veresa를 통해 saline 주입(개방확인을 위해).
④CO₂주입한다.(복강에 공기주입하여 공간을 넓히기 위해) (pressure는 12-15).
⑤veresa needle 뺀후 trochar 삽입.
endoscopic시 이용되는 기본 forcep
