In brief, even though formal examinations have been used for a long time, they can be an unfair indication of a person’s overall ability and should no longer be used as the only means of assessment. Besides, the results of tests depend on person’s condition and many other factors. These exams have unsatisfactory aspects; nevertheless, they cannot be abolished completely because people exert themselves to succeed in these tests. In the long term, it is certainly anticipated that other less formal means of assessment such as course work or oral presentation are a more useful indicator of the skills required in the work force and, therefore, a more accurate indication of a people’s capability.
결론적으로, 비록 시험이 오랫동안 사용되어 왔지만, 사람의 능력 평가에 있어서는 부정확 하고, 더 이상은 평가를 위해 사용되지 말아야 한다. 또한 시험결과는 많은 조건과 요인에 의존하고 있다. 이렇게 적절치 못한 측면에도 불구하고, 시험에서 실력을 발휘하는 사람들 때문에, 폐지할 수 없다. 과목 연구나 구두 시험과 같은 다른 수단은 사람의 능력을 평가하는데 있어서, 유요한 지표가 될 것이다.
