더욱 구체적으로 고민하고자 한다. 실무의 측면에서는 환자를 직접 돌보고 치료하는 의료진들의 적극적인 지지와 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 간호중재 프로그램에 대한 개발과 참여를 목표로 삼고 있다. 또한, 간호 교육의 측면에서는 실제 현장에서 사용 가능한 도구를 개발하고 교육적 전략을 마련하여 학문적인 지식을 실무에 적용하는 방안을 고민하고 있다.
이 모든 노력은 환자들에게 더 나은 간호 서비스를 제공하고, 간호학의 발전에 도움이 되는 연구와 참여에 집중하기 위한 것이다. 간호대학생으로서의 책임을 다하며, 학문과 현장을 연결하여 실질적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 간호 전문가로 성장하는 데 최선을 다하고 싶다.
