Executive Summary
The purpose of this business plan is to justify the startup of a high-end Valet company to service the Fresno area. Bulldog Valet will have four owners and the legal structure will consist of a limited liability company. Ownership percentage and profit sharing will be based on initial investment in the company and future ownership percentage division and allocation. Bulldog Valet’s office will be located in one owner’s home located at 6417 N. Anna in Fresno, CA 93710.
Bulldog Valet will provide a high class valet parking service for special events and occasions. Based on projected income and financial analysis included in this business plan, Bulldog Valet will be successful. There is a high demand for this service in the Fresno area due to the lack of similar services available.
We look forward to the future at Bulldog Valet. We expect in five years that demand for our specialized service will grow in other areas to justify opening several company owned franchises in other areas such as Bakersfield, Visalia, Merced and Modesto. Bulldog Valet’s specialized service, distinctive logo, slogan “No Delay with Bulldog Valet”, reputation for customer service will provide a tough to beat competitive edge. The four owners have earned Bachelors degrees in various aspects of business and have extensive experience in business management and operations from past years of work experience.
