Many people around the world are terrified by Tornados; this is because of their elementary knowledge. Before coming to Oklahoma, many of my friends and professors told me about the power of Tornado in Oklahoma City and that really scared me. So I thought I know about Tornados pretty well from the stories, but when I came here and heard about them from National Weather Center, it was different. This kind of fear also occurs in Typhoon, which is another name for hurricanes. Causes a stereotype for people, but they are not that dangerous when you know about it. This paper is going to examine the similarities and differences between Typhoons and Tornadoes.
