Teacher evaluation is still on issue. Its goal is to enhance the quality of education as evaluating teachers by their students, colleagues, and school parents. Nevertheless numerical results do not reflect teachers’ belief as well as the class will be the type of currying favor with students. It also causes demotivation for teachers. So teachers should not be estimated by their students.

First, the educational quality which is generated by teachers couldn’t estimate accurately.
