It is being widely discussed in recent years because the development of medical technology has able the possibility of chemical castration. However, there are still doubts about the effectiveness and controversy of its unconstitutionality. So in the following text we will find out the main arguments of both sides and analyze and criticize both sides. We will talk about validity of the arguments as well.
