The reason I chose this as my presentation topic is that the role of the government policy is crucial for the economic development of the nation, especially if the nation is a developing country. This is widely accepted as the economies of East Asian countries grew rapidly through successful government polices in 20th century.
I chose Argentina because its economy suffered a lot from the mid 1900s which is mid 20th century up to today, and thus its economy shrunk, which contrasts to East Asian’s.
So, lets find out how come the economy of this previously rich country slipped down in 20th century?
