One is Lotus Notes Database support. I have configured and implemented Notes Mail ID Delegation, Archiving and Replication. Second is Remote Access Connections that are GRA V3 and Shiva. 그 중에 하나가 Lotus Note 데이터 베이스관련 기술지원이었습니다. Mail ID, 압축 및 응답에 관한 것입니다. 두번째는 GRA V3 와 시바에 원격으로 접속하는 것입니다. 유저가 000네트워크에 들어와서 겪게되는 작은 실수나, 불안전한 네트워크 상태로 인한 문제점들이 일어납니다. 저는 그런 문제점들을 찾아내고, 해결해 주었습니다. 세번째는 운영체제와 관련된 모든 컴퓨터 및 노트북에 관련된 문제점들을 전화나 직접 해결하는 일도 하였습니다. 4번째는 아시아 태평야 지역의 광역 기술지원도 함께 하였습니다.
