Representation Agreement

We are offering our representation, public relations, marketing and sales services to Korea for an annual fee of US$38,000. This representation fee payable in quarterly installments, includes all office and administrative expenses, marketing and sales costs and travel expenses for our public relations, marketing and sales.
You will receiveregular reports about representation services and we will be in constant contact with your office through mail, fax, telex and telephone.
We are interested in working with you in promoting Korea and in generating increased Canadian Bookings.
