for Low voltage Power Cable(XLPE) applications
Introduction
World machine has developed extrusion equipment for the production of low voltage products utilizing the “self compound” Extrusion technology. A typical self compound processing unit for the low voltage power cable production consists of the following units:

 Base resin(LLDPE) 98.5phr (1280 USD)+ silane+add 1..5phr(160USD) 1440 USD/ton Crosslinkingable polyethylene ( January ,2007).


  No leakage of silane and no slippage in feeding zone of extruder hopper.
  Good stability for storage and handling.
  Good compatibility with base resin
