아이들은 순종하고 공경한다

Scripture:
말씀
1. “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
1. 자녀들아 ! 너희 부모를 주 안에서 순종하라 이것이 옳으니라
2. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise.
2. 네 아버지와 어머니를 공경하라 이것이 약속 있는 첫 계명이니
3. that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”
3. 이는 네가 잘 되고 땅에서 장수하리라

에베소서6장1절~3절

The world we live in has undergone drastic social change.
우리가 사는 세상은 과한 사회적 변화를 겪어왔어요.
Authority has become a dirty word.
권위는 더러운 말(좋지 않은 말)로 변해왔어요.
We find it difficult to give our total support and loyalty to our parents or teachers.
우리는 우리의 부모님이나 선생님들께 우리의 전적인 의지와 충성심을 부여하는 것을 어렵게 생각해요.
Many children no longer accept the authority of their parents as final.
많은 아이들이 그 부모님들의 권위를 끝까지 인정하지 않아요.
Even at an early age most of us would have tested our parents to see whether they would give in to us or whether they would maintain their parental principles.
심지어 우리의 대부분은 어릴 때 부모님이 우리에게 줄 것인지안줄것인지 또는 부모님의 원칙을 유지할 것인지 않을것인지 보기 위해 시험해오기 조차 했을 거에요.
