Executive summary


This report provides the overall management information system. The first, I discuss the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing that can be used anytime and anywhere. There are numerous databases in it. I look at the importance and type of database management system (DBMS) that operates to the database, and explain which companies can apply it. The company has a purpose to increase profit creation. That is why retaining customers is important. This report also investigates the comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM). Information technology faces ethical problems. I discuss the effort and prevention of companies that including ethical issues related to hackers.
I introduce the latest trend and bad side of digital primary using information system. Using the information system, the company will have a strategic model for success and explore the case of a large Unified Parcel Service (UPS) as a global carrier using continuous technology.

With this report, you will be able to understand how to manage problems with information obtained by using technology and how to create new management opportunities of the organization.
