Enya: What a strange name for a scholarship foundation. Could you tell us why you named it like this?
장학재단이름으로는 이상한 이름이군요 왜 그렇게 이름 지었는지 알려주실래요?
Charles: Our Scholarship is founded for balance between men and women. That is why we named it.
저희 장학재단은 남,여의 균형을 위해 설립되었어요 그래서 이름을 이렇게 지었구요
Enya: What do you mean by balance between men and women?
남, 여의 균형이 정확히 멀 의미하는거죠?
Charles: It means that there should be balance of number between men and women. In this graph you can see the rate between men and women in the Hanyang Engineering College. The rate of women is less than 10%! Our objective is to increase the rate of women in the Engineering College over 35%.
