I think that two bio cluster s will not success in terms of not one. Although the budget 5 trillion 600 billion won is looked enormously, in effect, one city will be accepted only 93 billion won as investment per year. Also this amount is divided by private entity and public entity as 50 percent’s responsibility. But a question arises whether private entity can invest.
