gestion which is true for me. After eating lots of delicious food on festival days, I would drink this Sikhye as not only for dessert but for my digestion. I believe it solves my clogged stomach.
It's a traditional drink of Korea that when you taste it even once, you won't forget it. There are various kinds of fermented rice punch such as General and An-Dong.
Ingredients for General are rice, malt, sugar, pine nuts, ginger and for An-Dong, radish and powdered red pepper are added. An-Dong Fermented rice punch is a delicacy that has three kinds of tastes such as somewhat hot, sour and sweet.
