제 1 장 총 칙( General Provision)


제 1 조 (상호) 본 회사는 "XXX 코리아 유한회사" 라 칭하며, 영어로는 “XXX Korea Limited Liability Company”로 표기한다.
Corporation Name
The name of the company shall be XXX Korea Limited Liability Company.

제 2 조 (목적) 본 회사는 다음의 사업을 경영함을 목적으로 한다.
Objectives
The objectives of the Company shall be as follows:


(1)광부품의 수출입, 도소매 및 유지보수
(2)위와 관련하여 판매대리인, 고객에 대한 유지보수를 포함한 기술지원업무
(3) 위 업무에 부수되는 기타 모든 영업활동

1. Import and export business of Optical items(parts), Wholesale & Retail business and Maintenance
2. Sales agent in relation to above business, technical support including maintenance and repair for customers
3. All other sales activities accompanied above business
