loose weight, it is hard to treat in obesity because of resistance of insulin. Because I knew that I am in over-weight stage, it is essential to control the body weight. When I examined the results, insulin is active in my body, but amounts of glucose is too high in usual. So the result B was not in the standard range. I think exercising and good dieting are more effective ways for health than taking drugs to treat the diseases.
