Abstract
Purpose- The purpose of this study is to propose a proper way of communication and a negotiation in different cultural organization based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions.
Design/methodology/approach- Based on ‘Hofstede’s cultural dimensions hypothesis’, the cluster analysis is used to separate the four delegates country from database of the cultural statistics. The characteristics in C&N (Communication & Negotiation) of main trading partners of S. Korea are predicted with comparison method through radar map.
Findings/value- Each country has specific cultural characteristic in Hofstede’s theory. S. Korea comparatively tends to avoid ambiguous situations.
