대개 2명의 추천인을 적는데, 반드시 본인의 허락을 받고 적도록 한다.

취미, 종교, 건강상태등 신상에 대한 제반사항의 기재가 끝나면 국문이력서의 '상기 가히 상위없음'에 해당하는 'I hereby -' 의 문장을 기술한다. 그리고 여기서 3행정도 띤 다음 작성년월일과 이름을 적고 자필 서명함으로써 마무리 한다.
