· Caused by abnormal budding in tracheobronchial tree of early embryo
· area : Lung base posteriorly (Posterior basal seg.)
CXR : involved area - opaque
· Dx. : Aortogram : arterial supply, partially from below the diaphragm
· Tx : Surgical resection
(4) Unilateral Hyperlucent lung (Swyer-James or Macleod's Syndrome)
· Chest X-ray상 일측 폐에서 diminished vascular markings에 의하여 1측 hemithorax 의 translucency가 증가된 상태.
inspiration CXR - not hyperinflated
expiration CXR - 병변측폐의 hyperinflation으로 mediastinum을 반대측으로 shifting시킴. (Air trapping)
· Extensive Bronchitis and bronchiolitis
→ Childhood의 viral brochiolitis
6개월-5년 후 잘 발생(50%에서 history)
· Pulmonary angiogram - patency of pulmonary arteries
