제 7조 (계약의 해지, 해제)
Art.7 – Cancellation and Termination
을이 아래 각 호의 사유 중 하나에 해당 할 경우 갑은 을과의 협의 과정을 거쳐 계약의 해지 또는 해제를 결정하며, 이 경우 을은 갑이 입은 손해액에 대해 당사자간의 협의를 거쳐 이를 보상하여야 한다.
갑 may cancel or terminate this agreement by mutual concent in any of following events, and 을 shall be obligated to compensate to 갑 any damage incurred due to such case.
