I’m always meditating before taking any decisions concerning any conflict. I’m that kind of person who can calm himself down and not to shout at all and I’m not aggressive and I’m always trying to solve everything in peace but if the conflict can’t be solved I’m always trying to forget about it. But if the conflict is so serious I’m returning back to my manager to handle the problem and to reach the best point of satisfaction.
