Good morning, everyone. My name is Erik from Erik Consulting. As you know, your company has suffered from decreasing revenue. I found some problems of your previous strategy. I am going to begin by pointing those problems, and then I will give you a solution.
At first, you had tried to subdivide type of seats as 4 kinds from 3. However, comparing this year and last year’s ticket sale, even though you filled spare seats from 20% to 1%, your revenue was going to be fallen more. Because the sum of whole seat’s price decreased $8480 to $8196 per a airplane. The average of ticket price was reduced $105 to $68.75. As the price goes down, your target was not anymore business classes, but just bargain hunters. And also, your service is not distinguished between business and the others.
