As a matter of fact, the substance about relationship between South-Korea and North-Korea be raised public pledges in current presidential election.
In this time, New DJ's Government proposed "Sunshine Policy" for policy about North-Korea. So to speak, for temptation of the North-Korea's reform and opening be better to talk over by support or interchange than blockade or pressure.
