According to the persons concered, North Korea People's Army launched an invasion across the 38th parallel that day. While the invasion of North Korea progressed at 38th parallel, citizens were greeting Sunday morning without knowing anything. At 11 a.m., Seoul citizens realized that the war broke out. However, they didn't care about it. By that time, there were a lot of skirmishes between South and North Army so they didn't think it was a big problem.
