계약불이행(Default)
예문
If either party shall (ⅰ) fail to make any payment on its due date; or (ⅱ) default in the performance of any other term or provision of this Agreement and such default is not cured by it within thirty (30) days after notice by the other party; or (ⅲ) go into liquidation, be dissolved, become insolvent or bankrupt or a receiver of any of its assets is appointed; or (ⅳ) without the written consent of the other party first had and obtained, directly or indirectly assign, hypothecate or otherwise part with this Agreement,∙∙∙, whereupon this Agreement shall then terminate as fully and completely ∙∙∙
