the O.R with premedication
⑵ Placed on the OP table in supine position
⑶ Nasotracheal intubation was done.
⑷ Prepared & drapped in the usual manner, and pharynx packing was done.
⑸ Infiltration anesthesia (2% Lidocaine, 1:100000 Epinephrine ) was performed in the both Mn. posterior vestibular area.
