progesterone receptor (-)인 경우 long term progestin therapy를 받아야 함.
progesterone receptor (+)인 경우
→ megesterol acetate 80ng twice daily
or medroxyprogesterol acetate 50∼100mg 3 times daily
progestin은 최소한 2∼3개월간은 사용하
