1. 실험 목적
하전된 분자가 전기장에서 반대 전하 쪽으로 이동하는 현상을 이용한 전기영동(Immunoblotting)을 통해 인간 유방암 세포주 MCF27과 MDA-MB-231을 분리하고 전이능에 따른 vimentin 단백질 황성 유무를 비교, 분석할 수 있다.

1) SDS-PAGE: size별로 분리
(꼬여 있는 것이 SDS와 heat로 인해 펴짐, charge density가 일정).
