1. 실험 목적
다양한 단백질이 존재하는 용액에서 원하는 단백질만을 분리하는 실험 기법인 Immunoprecipitation(IP) 및 해당 실험 중 필요한 과정인 transfection에 대해 이해하고, 이를 통해 실제로 특정 단백질을 분리한 뒤 검출 결과를 확인한다.
