시기 : 환자가 증상이 없을때, 삼출액이 거의 없을때, 근관형성후 적당한 크기로 확대되었을때, 가봉재가 건조되고 변연누출의 흔적이 없을때, 타진반응이 없을때이다
①임시가봉재를 제거한다
②충분히 수세하고 smooth broach로 근관을 완전
