Hong Kong is not a healthy form of the residential market. Most people have no housing, and residence in a particular region is being set at an extremely higher price. In addition, the price of residential areas is fluctuating, and it has a narrow type of residence that has a great influence on the quality of life. Food, clothing, and shelter are the necessities of life. The problem is that this fundamental necessity remains unsolved.
