A Study on the Impact on Organizational Effectiveness of
Subculture Archetype in Business Organization

This thesis is not intended as a study of the organization culture, the characteristic of a single culture in an organization, but rather to explore the multi-subcultural views, subcultures in the inferior group of an organization and to inquire into the connection between organizational effectiveness within this subculture archetype.
In this study, to obtain the results of the organization, we have to manage a special department with the characteristics, within preserving whole organization culture. Consequently, according to the specialty of a subculture, the management has to guide a behavior pattern, his/her way of thinking, the sense of value of the members to administrational subculture archetype, implant vision and hope in the workers, let them have a voice in the management, do full justice and compensation about the result of their labor. The management is able to prevent on-looking subcultures beforehand and must manage the subculture in order that the members come to understand and depend on each other.
