의 적절한 관계확립을 위한 노력을 더욱 기울여야 할 것이다. 또한 노동자의 참여를 극대화하는 적절한 벤처기업의 소유경영구조와 지배구조를 만들어내야 할 것이며, 이와 함께 경제변동에 따른 고용불안정을 보완하는 적극적인 노동시장정책과 복지정책을 펴나가야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도, 사회 전체적으로 혁신을 지지하기 위한 적극적인 교육제도와, 나아가 투자와 혁신 활동에 대한 사회적인 조절이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 동시에 경제의 과도한 불안정을 막기 위한 적절한 거시경제관리 정책이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이렇게 경제적 성장과 안정 그리고 분배를 동시에 추구하는 노력들에 기초해서, 혁신적인 신생 벤처기업들이 대기업과 적극적으로 경쟁할 때에, 우리는 우리 식의 '신경제'를 건설할 수 있을 것이다.
