Research on the Leadership Relevance of Leisure Sport Instructors

The purpose of this study was to investigation leadership relevance of leisure sport of instructors. I questioned the leisure sports of instructors(N=471) who were working for fitness center. One-way analysis of variance were the adapted statistical analysis methods to analysis the collected data. The result were as follows;
Firstly, in leisure sport instructors, male higher than the females on the efficacy expectations and self-problem solving, but females are the higher on the rehearsal.
Secondly, it show that the elder instructors the higher then youngers instructors on the initiative, self-observation and evaluation, self-cue management and opportunity thoughts. Thirdly, instructors of high level education higher than instructors of under level education on the initiative, self-goal setting, self-problem solving and opportunity thoughts. Forth, longer-career instructors higher than middle-career instructors and shorter-career instructors on the self-goal setting and self-observation and evaluation. But middle-career instructors higher on the rehearsal. Fifth, instructors of without athletic experience higher than instructors of with athletic experience on the initiative, self-goal setting, finding natural rewards, self-problem solving and opportunity thoughts. Sixth, there is swimming instructors higher than another program instructors on the self-goal setting, self-problem solving and finding natural rewards.
