후두골의 occipital protuberance 아래에 probe를 대고 약간 위쪽으로 이동시키면서 기저 동맥의 혈류를 측정한다. 후두골하측정 동맥은 추골동맥(vertebral artery), 기저동맥(basilar artery)이 있다.

70. 조영제 간호에 대해
- 검사 후 4-6시간 후 ABR
- 조영제 배출을 원활히 하기위해 수액주입하거나 수분섭취 권장
- 도관삽입부위 압박드레싱 또는 지혈 후 모래주머니 올려놓기
- 활력징후를 자주 측정 (15분마다 4번 30분마다 2번
